A special service solution, LANManage, is available for the customers, enabling the service requests to be entered direct into the LANManage service. Through this system the customer is able to follow the progress of the service requests in real time and even that who is the person responsible for the customer's request at the present moment.
The system is also used in the audit process based on the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
